a very late Happy Thanksgiving

I'm doing well; last year my apartment complex was taken over by Monarch and the manager eventually got fed up with them and we've had several managers come and go since. Huge increase in rent partly because Monarch makes us pay for some things the old management didn't and partly because of inflation. Otherwise everything's okay. One of my nieces is going to have a baby and she's getting a shower right before Christmas.
